The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is posting test results from floodwater and sediment sampling in Louisiana affected by Hurricane Katrina.
Air monitoring and ambient water data will be added to the EPA's Web site as the information becomes available. The EnviroMapper for Hurricane Katrina combines interactive maps and aerial photography to help zoom into sites or areas of interest.
The "by facility" option provides access to sampling data near specific manufacturing and chemical facilities. The Web site can be found at: epa.gov/enviro/katrina.
Data from other states will be added as it becomes available.
